Mumbai Pulse Market Sees Decline in Tur & Urad Prices

Mumbai, June 12 (Commodities Control): Mumbai pulse market has witnessed decline in tur and urad prices this morning. However, chana and masoor prices remained consistent. Here are the latest updates from the market:

Pigeon Pea (Tur): Lemon tur prices hold steady to trade at Rs 11,450 per quintal. However, Sudan variety tur prices declined by Rs 100 to quote Rs 11,950 per quintal. Red Lakoti prices dipped by Rs 300 to quote Rs 11,200 per quintal. Matwara variety witnessed decline of Rs 200 to stay at Rs 11,400 per quintal. Mozambique: Gajri quoted Rs 11,600 per quintal, and Mozambique: White at Rs 11,700 per quintal, with a decline of Rs 100 each.

Pea (Matar): Witnessing decline of Rs 50, Russian Yellow prices quoted at Rs 4,000 per quintal. Canada Yellow prices decreased slightly by Rs 25 to trade at Rs 4200 per quintal. Russian Yellow ex Hajira port hold steady at Rs 4000 per quintal, while Canada Yellow ex Hajira port declined by Rs 25 to trade at Rs 4150 per quintal. Russian Yellow ex Mundra port prices remain stable to quote Rs 4000 per quintal. However, Canada Yellow ex Mundra port quoted Rs 4150/4175 per quintal, with a decline of Rs 25.

Urad: FAQ Urad prices decreased slightly by Rs 25 during the opening session of trade to quote Rs 9,250 per quintal.

Chickpea (Chana): The Sudan variety of Chana prices hold steady to quote Rs 7,000 per quintal. Similarly, Tanzania variety chana prices hold steady to quote Rs 6500 per quintal and Australia chana prices quoted Rs 7100 per quintal.

Lentil (Masoor): The prices of Canada Masoor, ex Mundra port, hold steady to quote Rs 6150/6175 per quintal. Canada Masoor ex Hajira port prices also remain stable to quote Rs 6175/6200 per quintal. Canada Crimson in containers quoted Rs 6,300/6,350 per quintal, Australia Nipper in containers quoted Rs 6,275 per quintal, and Australia Jambo in containers quoted Rs 6,300/6350 per quintal, without any change in prices.
