Mumbai, June 19 (Commodities Control): Mumbai pulse market has witnessed overall stability in pulse prices. However, slight decline in masoor prices noted. Here are the latest updates from the market:
Pigeon Pea (Tur): Lemon tur prices surged slightly by Rs 50 to trade at Rs 11,400 per quintal. However, witnessing stability in prices, Sudan variety tur quoted Rs 11,750 per quintal; Red Lakoti at Rs 11,100 per quintal; and Matwara variety at Rs 11,300 per quintal. Similarly, Mozambique: Gajri prices hold steady to quote Rs 11,500 per quintal, and Mozambique: White at Rs 11,600 per quintal.
Pea (Matar): Russian Yellow prices remain unchanged to quote Rs 3,950 per quintal. Canada Yellow prices remain consistent at Rs 4100 per quintal. Russian Yellow ex Hajira port witnessed stability in prices to trade at Rs 3950 per quintal. Canada Yellow ex Hajira port prices remain unchanged at Rs 4150 per quintal. Russian Yellow ex Mundra port quoted Rs 3950 per quintal. Canada Yellow ex Mundra port quoted Rs 4150 per quintal, without any change in prices.
Urad: FAQ Urad prices hold steady during the opening session of trade to quote Rs 9,100 per quintal.
Chickpea (Chana): The Sudan variety of Chana prices hold steady to quote Rs 7,000 per quintal. Similarly, Tanzania variety chana prices quoted Rs 6400 per quintal and Australia chana quotedRs 7000 per quintal, without any change in prices.
Lentil (Masoor): The prices of Canada Masoor, ex Mundra port, hold steady to quote Rs 6150/6175 per quintal. Canada Masoor ex Hajira port prices declined slightly by Rs 25 to quote Rs 6150 per quintal. Similarly, Canada Crimson in containers prices decreased by Rs 25 to quote Rs 6,250 per quintal. Australia Nipper in containers quoted Rs 6,250 per quintal, with a decline of Rs 25. Australia Jambo in containers prices hold steady to trade at Rs 6,300/6350 per quintal.
