New Delhi, April 30 (Commodities Control): On Tuesday, cotton arrivals in the markets of major producing states of the country amounted to 36,650 bales, compared to 38,350 bales on the previous trading day.
Out of the total arrivals, 1,350 bales were reported in Punjab and Haryana, including Upper and Lower Rajasthan. Gujarat witnessed the arrival of 10,000 bales, while Maharashtra recorded 18,000 bales. Madhya Pradesh saw 2,000 bales arriving, and Andhra Pradesh-Telangana collectively received 3,000 bales. Additionally, Tamil Nadu reported 300 bales, while Karnataka markets observed 2,000 bales. No arrivals were recorded in Odisha.
